We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sourcing Specialist to manage the end-to-end sourcing and contracting process for LHH.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage procurement activities, including renewals, purchasing new software, and negotiating terms to ensure optimal business outcomes.
  • Develop and run RFX events, providing subject matter expertise and leading supplier meetings to drive business growth.
  • Negotiate and structure SaaS contracts, leveraging expertise in market data or data subscriptions to secure favorable terms.
  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle, from initiation to execution, including Statements of Work and amendments, to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Ensure vendor risk, diversity, and compliance requirements are met throughout the sourcing process, maintaining a strong focus on business integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with the legal team and support the integration of vendor risk management to drive business success.

**Requirements:**

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial procurement, ideally with a background in SaaS procurement.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with experience working with Workday strategic solutions.
  • Expertise in SaaS and data services, with a proven track record of running RFX and sourcing events.
  • Outstanding negotiation, analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a strong ability to drive business outcomes.

**Location:** Hybrid work arrangement

**Pay Rate:** Up to $43 per hour
