Automotive Business Development Manager

The Automotive Business Development Manager will be responsible for executing BDC customer communications (email and telephone) in a manner that aligns with our dealership's highest standards.
This includes understanding buying profiles and patterns of typical telephone prospects, taking all inbound sales calls, responding to all internet inquiries, sending price quotes and other informational material, maintaining a consistent amount of shows & sales, confirming appointments, following up on unsold prospects, and campaigns.
