Automotive Sales Team Leader

At Gerald Auto Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Sales Team Leader to join our team in Chicago. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and communication skills to oversee daily BDC department operations, manage a team of coordinators, and train them in customer communication.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily BDC operations, including recruiting, training, and supervising staff
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer communication and sales results
- Collaborate with other department heads to achieve dealership goals
- Analyze performance data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales or management
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams
