Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Jeff Margalus - State Farm Agent. As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Adapt skills necessary to operate a business.
- $45,000 - $60,000 estimated annual salary (based on experience)
