Business Development and Solutions Representative

Madison Area Technical College is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Business Development and Solutions Representative to join our team. This role focuses on building meaningful connections with local businesses and organizations to promote the impactful training services offered by our Business & Industry Services group.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify new opportunities and respond to leads, securing contracts for customized training, assessments, and technical assistance.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, serving as their go-to resource for workforce solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, create budgets, and write contracts to ensure successful delivery of services.
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and excellent customer service.
- Represent Madison College at local, regional, and state business and economic development events.
- Deliver up to 30% of your time in direct training and technical support to clients, offering expertise that drives their success.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience.
- Ability to travel to client sites within the district.
