The Role

We are building a team of high-energy, positive growth professionals who are responsible for sourcing, developing, setting meetings, and grow into winning new business deals, by helping our prospective creator clients to grow their mobile results. 


Your role will focus on growing the Company’s URLgenius SaaS platform client base and billable activity. We take a team-based approach to relationship management. In addition to our existing database of leads you focus on prospecting targeted Creators / Influencers for new business and delivering results against your quota. 


Creator Solutions Development Reps are curious to learn more about our prospective clients’ businesses and are obsessed with fully understanding URLgenius’ capabilities and benefits in order to help clients grow their business faster. You’ll drive use case adoption to increase Average Contract Value while setting meetings to win agreements.


Key Responsibilities


  • Leveraging our existing database of creator leads to seed more usage and meetings
  • Identifying ideal creator prospects for outreach
  • Tailor outreach communications to generate prospect engagement
  • Making phone calls and sending emails to get meetings for the Creator Solutions Director
  • Promote Creator best practices and success strategies
  • Book discovery call meetings with prospects and the Creator Solutions Director
  • Working collaboratively to qualify deals into the Creator Solutions team pipeline
  • Attain or exceed monthly quotas of qualified meetings
  • Prioritizing leads and contact management
  • Participate in consultative sales calls and meetings by phone, video, and in-person
  • Demonstrating platform expertise and value-driven application in the mobile marketing ecosystem
  • Sharing client feedback with product and marketing teams to prioritize new features
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve brand consistency and increase revenue. 
  • Assess creator social media presence to identify opportunities 
  • Updating the company CRM with your prospect/client activity
  • Make recommendations to apply best practice social media strategy
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree 
  • 5+ years of related work experience; previous sales, creator industry, agency or marketing experience preferred
  • Positive energy to manage multiple leads while looking for new opportunities.
  • Adaptability/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires shifts in direction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and overcome objections to setting meetings
  • Strong time management skills
  • Computer skills, Google Suite, and CRM software
  • Preferred: experience selling social media influencers


Location & Work Environment

This is a full-time, remote position reporting to the Director of Creator Client Solutions. Candidates must be located in one of the following states: NY, WI, WA, PA, IL, CO, MD, NC, KY, CT, AZ, UT.
