Job Summary

PNC is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer Senior to join our Wealth Management organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition in new and existing markets, identifying external pipeline of prospective clients, and developing complex sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, resulting in the acquisition of new clients and growth of existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key centers of influence, referral sources, and partners to position PNC's capabilities and meet client needs.
  • Provide management with insights on industry trends, best practices, and product needs to inform business decisions.
  • Manage the sales process, identify the service team, and facilitate the transition from prospect to client.
  • Maintain accurate and complete sales administration tasks as determined by the business.
Requirements
  • University/college degree required; higher level education such as a Master's degree, PhD, or certifications desirable.
  • 8+ years of industry relevant experience; specific certifications often required.
  • Comparable combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
