Luxury Car Sales Professional

Join our team of experienced luxury-line sales associates at MileOne Autogroup. We are seeking a skilled sales professional to represent our elite brands, including Audi, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell luxury and high-end vehicles that meet or exceed customer needs and dealership sales goals.
- Use the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (eLead) to manage customer contact and keep accurate records.
- Build relationships with customers and consult with them to determine their needs.
- Present vehicle selections best suited to each customer's stated needs and benefits during the vehicle test drive.
- Follow up on all post-delivery items.
- Generate new business by making follow-up calls to the customer base and referral sources, and educating all potential customers on our products and incentive programs.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with 2 or fewer moving violations.
- Minimum 2 years of luxury brand car sales experience.
- Experience in a commission or bonus-based environment preferred.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematical skills.
