Sales Leadership Director

Coverall North America, Inc. is seeking a talented Sales Leadership Director to join our team. With a strong track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing sales teams, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet and exceed our established sales goals.
This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in consultative selling techniques, sales coaching, and leadership development to drive business results. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will work closely with our Vice President of Sales to develop and implement sales initiatives that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
About the Role
The Sales Leadership Director will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to help them achieve their sales targets. You will work closely with our General Manager and Regional Vice Presidents to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies that meet and exceed sales targets
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to help them achieve their sales targets
- Work closely with our Vice President of Sales to develop and implement sales initiatives that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with our General Manager and Regional Vice Presidents to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization
- Manage and maintain sales reporting functions, providing regular sales performance reports to senior leadership
- Hire and train new sales professionals as needed
- Perform ongoing performance evaluations, including annual performance reviews
- Continuously seek to develop personally and professionally to improve overall skillset
- Build and maintain positive relationships with General Manager, Regional Vice Presidents, and other stakeholders
- Complete all administrative and reporting duties in a timely fashion
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- A minimum of 5+ years of proven sales management experience, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing sales teams
- Significant training and experience in consultative selling techniques, with the ability to communicate significant techniques and strategies of consultative selling to outside sales people
- Experience managing employees in Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days in the field) and Remote applications
- Solid experience working with and supporting and coaching sales representatives and teams
- Ability to communicate and implement company sales objectives and initiatives to field sales personnel
- A team player and leader and coach, able to develop and leverage the strengths of the Company sales team members
- Highly motivated and able to influence and motivate others
- Ability to make sound judgments

Salary and Bonus Structure
The salary for this role is $100,000 per year, with up to $40,000 in bonus compensation based on performance.
