  • Recruit, hire, and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams.
  • Own and manage assigned areas of responsibility, including store operations and efficiency.
  • Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity, and perform Service Leader duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on sales and customer experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
