Position Overview
We are in search of a dedicated and driven licensed insurance professional to join our team. This role is tailored for individuals with a strong sales mindset and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing insurance needs and providing tailored quotes for both personal and commercial policies.
- Managing communication with clients through various channels including phone, email, and fax.
- Inputting and processing policy information and client data into our management system.
- Engaging in outside sales opportunities to enhance commission potential.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Property & Casualty Insurance license.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate coverage options and recommend suitable solutions.
- Proven ability to manage sales and service workflows effectively.
- Experience in a collaborative team setting.
- Prior experience in insurance sales is advantageous.
Compensation
The annual salary for this position is $40,000.00.
