Your Role in the Team

The Property Leasing Specialist is a sales-oriented position focused on customer satisfaction, primarily responsible for meeting revenue and occupancy objectives by generating leads and converting potential residents.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Effectively communicate the advantages of living in the Corvias community by maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our offerings, available inventory, market conditions, and competing properties.
  • Meet revenue targets by showcasing the value of community features tailored to the unique needs of customers, while adhering to company policies and fair housing regulations.
  • Drive lead generation and increase tour traffic through outreach, marketing initiatives, and networking efforts.
  • Maintain a positive community image by reporting maintenance issues and ensuring cleanliness in tour paths, common areas, model units, and available properties.
  • Thoroughly process residency applications, prepare lease agreements, and manage occupancy-related documentation.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including answering calls, maintaining records, and performing data entry.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Specific Role Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years of experience in rental, sales, or leasing; diverse experience across various roles or markets is preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate customer leads through traditional marketing strategies and innovative approaches.
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining a close ratio at or above industry standards while maximizing revenue through effective cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
  • Knowledge of industry legal requirements is essential; familiarity with fair housing laws is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet commitments and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Ability to engage professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Minimal out-of-town travel may be necessary.
