The Insurance Sales Consultant is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both prospective and current clients. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored, professional customer service experiences by fostering trust and nurturing robust client relationships.
- Address customer inquiries concerning coverage options, billing, claims, or products by adhering to established agency protocols.
- Facilitate modifications to existing accounts and policies.
- Identify opportunities to promote American Family products to current clients.
- Arrange meetings with existing or potential clients for agency personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Must obtain a personal lines insurance license within the initial 30 days of employment.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
- Experience in commercial insurance sales and service is advantageous.
- Proven customer service experience is essential.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Proficient in PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer).
- Solid understanding of basic mathematical principles.
