Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored, professional customer service experiences by fostering trust and nurturing robust client relationships.
  • Address customer inquiries concerning coverage options, billing, claims, or products by adhering to established agency protocols.
  • Facilitate modifications to existing accounts and policies.
  • Identify opportunities to promote American Family products to current clients.
  • Arrange meetings with existing or potential clients for agency personnel.

Required Qualifications
  • Must obtain a personal lines insurance license within the initial 30 days of employment.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.
  • Experience in commercial insurance sales and service is advantageous.
  • Proven customer service experience is essential.
  • Strong communication skills are required.
  • Proficient in PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer).
  • Solid understanding of basic mathematical principles.
