Key Responsibilities
Achieve established business production targets and objectives.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through leads and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of retention and loyalty.
Increase sales revenue through effective communication via phone, email, and client outreach.
Qualifications
Demonstrate a genuine eagerness to learn, be resourceful, and receptive to coaching.
Must exhibit high levels of self-motivation.
Goal-oriented and driven individual.
Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of prior sales experience.
No insurance background is necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential.
220 or 440 License is required.
