Customer Service Representative I

At Hobart Service, an Illinois Tool Works Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative I to join our team. As a key member of our Service Support Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide 24-hour-a-day, 7-day-a-week support to field offices, including logging calls and paging on-call technicians.
- Make periodic calls to existing customers to determine satisfaction with our products and services.
- Coordinate problem resolution with appropriate departments and inform customers of standard procedures or resolution of problems.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED and vocational training in office administration.
- 2 years of experience in the customer support and service industry.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
