Customer Service Representative

At Hobart Service, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate execution of programs, repairs, and pricing for key account customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with cross-functional teams and Hobart Field Organization to improve processes and minimize service issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Manage and coordinate various programs and special key account projects as needed.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure success of key customer relationships.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Associate's degree in business or a related field.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.
