Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team at Heartland. As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide first-tier support for retail stores and restaurants using Heartland's point-of-sale software solutions.

Responsibilities include resolving end-user issues through step-by-step instructions related to hardware, software, and networking support. You will also field incoming support requests submitted through phone calls, emails, or online chat rooms, and log all support requests and escalations in our ticketing system.

Requirements include at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, and intermediate computer skills, including email, internet, Microsoft Windows programs, and Office applications. A+ or Network+ certifications are also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
