Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and coordinate comprehensive go-to-market strategies across the marketing funnel, while continuously monitoring performance and identifying optimization opportunities to ensure budget adherence.
  • Articulate brand positioning and messaging strategies, overseeing the creative development of advertising, communications, and commercial materials to support the product line launch (including video content, owned social media, packaging, e-commerce, in-store marketing, and paid social).
  • Assist in crafting launch and quarterly briefs for cross-functional teams (including brand-building, design, media, and sales) that outline business priorities and execution plans for the brand.
  • Collaborate across functions to assess the impact of paid, owned, and earned media activations on sales, applying insights to future brand planning briefs.
  • Support the creation of line review materials aimed at retailer presentations for new product introductions and expansion opportunities that drive business growth.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the brand, consumer insights, and portfolio management to inform daily business decisions.
  • Work collaboratively to regularly evaluate product performance in the market, refining plans, SKU strategies, and maximizing growth opportunities.
  • Conduct ad hoc market analysis and desk research to gain insights into category trends that inform and enhance ongoing marketing strategies post-launch.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Brand Management.
  • Proven experience leading agencies and managing the creative process, particularly for product launches.
  • Ability to extract, analyze, and visualize data from Nielsen and/or IRI.
  • Strong business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of the factors that contribute to sustainable brand and business growth.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
  • Awareness of cultural trends and emerging media formats.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently while also thriving in a team environment.
