Job Title: Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and grow customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and analyzing marketing strategies across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products, services, and brand awareness across digital, social, and traditional channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to guide marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Manage the company's presence on social media platforms, including content scheduling, interaction with followers, and performance tracking.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve organic search rankings and manage paid advertising campaigns.
  • Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, social media, or content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tools including SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
