Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Advanced Personnel Resources, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support via phone, chat, or email to clients with issues related to generators, smoke alarms, carbon dioxide detectors, and fire extinguishers.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, and provide accurate product and service information to clients.
  • Update CRM / databases of all customer inquiries and request of warranty replacements.
  • Provide exemplary customer service by actively listening to customer issues or concerns, and handling every call with enthusiasm and pleasantries.
Requirements:
  • Exemplary customer service skills with ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Clear and tactful communication, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with customers and coworkers.
  • Technical and mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Experience:
