Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Comrise. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to technical inquiries and provide support to customers and internal teams regarding equipment and software issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues that have been escalated from first-line support.
  • Reporting: Accurately document and report technical issues in Salesforce.
  • Training and Development: Participate in customer training and provide support to customers who require technical assistance with our products.
  • Independence and Judgment: Work independently with minimal supervision, using your professional expertise to make informed decisions and take ownership of technical issues.
Requirements
  • Extensive Technical Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of technical procedures and concepts, gained through extensive experience and practical knowledge.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate the ability to analyze complex technical issues and make informed decisions to resolve them.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate technical information to customers and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
