Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a structured schedule for the President/CEO, organizing both internal and external engagements.
- Facilitate travel arrangements as required.
- Serve as the primary liaison for all stakeholders, including Board members, staff, and community leaders, fostering a welcoming environment.
- Coordinate meetings, manage the distribution of materials, track attendance, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare and organize all necessary documentation for meetings, ensuring the President/CEO has access to information promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments, particularly Philanthropy and Marketing & Communications.
- Exhibit strong proofreading, copy-editing, and writing capabilities.
- Embrace a positive demeanor and a sense of humor in all interactions.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree (or an Associate's Degree in a relevant discipline) is mandatory.
- Seven to ten years of professional experience in similar roles, particularly with C-Suite executives, is essential.
- Experience with Board of Directors is highly advantageous.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Successful completion of background checks in accordance with organizational policies is required.

Compensation:
$85,000 - $95,000 annually
