About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Snyk. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to multiple senior leaders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage and coordinate executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize domestic and international travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and submitting expense reports accurately and timely.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, handling inquiries and requests professionally.
  • Provide administrative support for various duties and special projects as needed.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work at our Boston Hub 3 days per week.
