POSTGRADUATE CENTER FOR MENTAL HEALTH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, leading, and directing the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all city, state, and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, training, recruitment, and benefits administration.
- Oversee the management of benefits administration, including FMLA, PFL, Workers Compensation, Disability, Pension, and Retirement plans.
- Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends, including review of reports and metrics from the HRIS.
- Manage and update job descriptions, position control, employee directory, and organizational charts.
- Provide direct supervision to HR department staff and oversee daily workflow of the department.
- Act as a representative of POSTGRADUATE CENTER FOR MENTAL HEALTH in meetings and conferences with vendors, regulators, and other external entities.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Competitive salary: $120,000 annually.
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm schedule.
- Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a growing organization.
