Job Title: Regional Field Sales Manager - North Central

Pilgrim's is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Field Sales Manager to join our team in the North Central region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with regional chain targets, distributors, and broker teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and volume targets in the North Central region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional chain targets, distributors, and broker teams to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Field Sales and other key stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Negotiate program agreements with assigned operators to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Support business development activities, including market food shows and industry trade shows.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the food service industry, preferably in the poultry or protein industry.
  • Strong relationships with regional chain targets, distributors, and broker teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively (estimated 50%+).
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary range of $150,000-160,000.
  • Incentive pay through our annual bonus plan.
