Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources/Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team at United & Empowered Care. This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our HR operations, as well as providing administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:- Conduct quality assurance reviews of HR operations to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Receive and review monthly paperwork for client files, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare reports on missing or incomplete documentation and assist with file audits and purging.
- Perform data entry and create spreadsheets to support quality assurance efforts.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and professional with excellent written and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Teams, Zoom, and DocuSign.
- Valid Driver's License.
- 2 years of administrative or quality assurance experience.

This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift. The successful candidate will be required to wear a mask, undergo temperature checks, and maintain social distancing.
