Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources/Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team at United & Empowered Care. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our HR operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on HR documents and processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Receive and review monthly paperwork for client files, ensuring completeness and required signatures.
  • Prepare reports on missing or incomplete documentation and assist with file audits and purging.
  • Perform data entry and create spreadsheets to track HR metrics and trends.
  • Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and professional with excellent written and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with Power Point, Excel, One Note, Teams, Zoom, and DocuSign.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • 2 years of administrative or quality assurance experience.

  • Some college and/or experience in Quality Assurance work.
Experience:
  • 2 years of Quality Assurance experience (required).
