Job Summary:

The Associate Sales Representative will support the Surgical Sales Representative in operating room case coverage and patient activation. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, sales presentation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Meeting and speaking with physicians as actual or potential customers
Traveling to customers' locations and spending substantial time with physicians
Analyzing and compiling prospect lists for purposes of calling and/or meeting with physicians
Supporting the Surgical Sales Representative in new patient activations and inventory pull-through
Effectively socializing with actual or potential customers and negotiating terms of sale
Calmly addressing concerns and complaints of physicians
Completing administrative paperwork and providing reports to Manager

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Strong sales presentation skills and ability to work independently
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret sales literature and agreements
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations
Knowledge of Word Processing Software, Spreadsheet software, and Internet software
