Sales Development Representative

Job DescriptionThe Outside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. This involves developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, promoting our services, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Promote our services divisions to potential customers
- Explain service information to customers and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Conduct door-to-door sales and cold calling to identify new business opportunities
- Create quotes and complete the proposal process to secure new business
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term business growth
- Identify prospective customers through business directories, leads from existing clients, and industry events
- Gather customer information to determine their needs and provide relevant solutions
- Attend networking events to develop professional knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
- Prioritize and accomplish assigned tasks on time to meet business objectives
- Ability to persuade others professionally and communicate effectively
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and active listening skills
- Time and task management skills to prioritize and accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment

The Outside Sales Representative will work in an indoor and outdoor environment, with a focus on building relationships with customers and promoting our services.
Minimum Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Pass a background check
