Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Graybar. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, selling Company products and services, and meeting or exceeding assigned annual sales and margin budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow customer accounts through effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings to stay informed about Company products and services
  • Meet or exceed assigned annual sales and margin budgets, driving business growth and revenue
Requirements
  • Ability to negotiate and be persuasive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work independently and within a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • 5+ years of relevant experience required, with a strong track record of sales success and customer growth
  • 4-year degree preferred, with a focus on business, marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to travel on a limited basis, with a flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to changing business needs
