Position Overview:
The individual in this role is accountable for the assembly of production casework. A demonstrated capability to attach components and construct finished units is essential.

Work Schedule:
Standard working hours are from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as required. Flexibility to work overtime is necessary based on production demands.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and cutting lists
  • Competence in assembling cabinetry according to defined standards and specifications
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools, including but not limited to tape measures, squares, saws, routers, and pneumatic tools
  • Effective communication skills
  • Collaborative team member
  • Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, division, fractions, and decimals
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional appearance
  • Open and clear communication
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install hardware such as hinges, handles, and drawer pulls
  • Prepare surfaces for laminating by sanding and scraping
  • Ensure completion of the assembly checklist
  • Drill holes for screws or dowels, either manually or using machinery
  • Assist in various areas of the facility as needed
  • Organize completed work in designated staging areas for distribution
  • Contribute positively to the production of high-quality products
  • Execute tasks efficiently and cost-effectively
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of safety glasses and requesting assistance with heavy lifting
  • Maintain punctuality and regular attendance
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Exhibit a positive attitude towards personal, departmental, and organizational objectives
  • Show respect for colleagues and clients
  • Be willing to participate in overtime work
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Physical Demands:

Work Environment:
  • This position operates in an open-air facility.
  • While performing job duties, employees may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations.
