Position Overview:
The role involves constructing production casework with precision. A demonstrated capability to attach hardware and assemble components into finished products is essential.

Work Schedule:
Standard working hours are from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as required. Flexibility to work overtime is necessary based on production demands.

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and cut lists
  • Skill in assembling cabinets according to specified standards and drawings
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools, including but not limited to tape measures, combination squares, table saws, and pneumatic nailers
  • Effective communication skills
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, division, fractions, and decimals
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional appearance
  • Open communication style
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install hardware such as hinges, handles, and drawer pulls
  • Prepare surfaces for laminating by sanding and scraping
  • Ensure completion of checklist items
  • Bore holes for screws or dowels using hand tools or machines
  • Assist in various areas of the facility as needed
  • Organize completed work in designated staging areas for delivery
  • Contribute positively to the production of high-quality products
  • Perform tasks efficiently and cost-effectively
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing safety glasses and seeking assistance with heavy lifting
  • Maintain punctuality and regular attendance
  • Take ownership of work responsibilities
  • Foster a positive attitude towards personal, departmental, and organizational objectives
  • Show respect for colleagues and clients
  • Be willing to participate in overtime as required
