The role involves the precise installation of cabinetry, panel systems, and trim components.
Work Schedule:
Expected average hours per week. Travel is an integral part of this position. Work hours may include nights and weekends based on project requirements. Overtime may be necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of experience in cabinet installation; or at least six months as an AG Installation Technician Helper
- Basic math skills including addition and subtraction
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance
- Ability to interpret and understand blueprints, floor plans, and shop drawings
- Collaborative team player with a positive demeanor
- Must maintain a clean driving record with three or fewer points
- Utilize checklists effectively
- Install cabinets, trim, and custom solid surface products efficiently while prioritizing quality
- Manage time effectively to ensure projects are completed within budget
- Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as per OSHA standards and seeking assistance when lifting heavy materials
- Perform additional tasks as assigned

- This position operates on commercial job sites.
- While performing the duties of this role, the team member may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations.
