Position Overview:
The role involves the precise installation of cabinetry, panel systems, and trim components.

Work Schedule:
Expected average hours per week. Travel is an integral part of this position. Work hours may include nights and weekends based on project requirements. Overtime may be necessary.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year of experience in cabinet installation; or at least six months as an AG Installation Technician Helper
  • Basic math skills including addition and subtraction
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to interpret and understand blueprints, floor plans, and shop drawings
  • Collaborative team player with a positive demeanor
  • Must maintain a clean driving record with three or fewer points
Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize checklists effectively
  • Install cabinets, trim, and custom solid surface products efficiently while prioritizing quality
  • Manage time effectively to ensure projects are completed within budget
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as per OSHA standards and seeking assistance when lifting heavy materials
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
