Complex Sales and Marketing Director

Join Sonesta International Hotels as a Complex Sales and Marketing Director and take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, leadership, and a passion for sales and marketing.
About the Role:The Complex Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share for Sonesta Atlanta Airport North and South. This role will work closely with the Executive Team to identify opportunities and develop tactics to achieve occupancy, average daily rate, and market share goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to drive extended stay room sales
- Create room allocation and pricing strategies for Local Negotiated Accounts
- Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and sales and marketing plan
- Monitor sales activities and performance to ensure actual sales exceed the established revenue plan
- Coordinate with other hotel-level departments to facilitate services agreed upon by the Sales Office and prospective clients
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Three years of previous hotel sales experience
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; other languages beneficial
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances
