Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to become a vital member of our Corporate FP&A team. This role involves comprehensive financial planning and analysis across various corporate functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach, exceptional communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail while maintaining a sense of urgency.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver insightful financial reports to executives, highlighting business growth, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the global team to analyze operating and financial results, producing internal and external reports that identify trends and key drivers.
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes across different planning cycles, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and providing thorough corporate inputs.
  • Develop and manage consolidated P&Ls, creating structured narratives to effectively communicate our business story and leveraging data expertise to improve financial reporting.
  • Support various aspects of performance management and financial reporting, including headcount analysis, key metric evaluations, and strategic planning.
  • Enhance forecasting methodologies by utilizing both internal and external data sources to generate precise projections of demand and financial performance.
  • Lead finance program management initiatives, focusing on standardization, template development, and reporting consistency across regions.
  • Construct financial models and analyze data to assess business relationships and the economic impacts of diverse strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive scalable analyses and insights.
  • Identify and implement strategies to optimize forecasting and reporting tools.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc reporting and strategic planning initiatives as needed.
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or similar analytical roles within dynamic business environments.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, business acumen, and effective communication skills with leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
  • Demonstrated strategic mindset and business acumen for problem-solving.
  • Proficient in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing projects efficiently.
  • Advanced analytical and mathematical skills, particularly in MS Excel.
  • Ownership mentality with the ability to drive results independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging with various management levels.
  • Familiarity with SQL and Adaptive Insights is advantageous.
