The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our Corporate FP&A team. As a key member of this team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to senior leadership to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Design and implement financial reporting and analytics tools to support business needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A or a related field, preferably in a complex business environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as Adaptive Insights or similar tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
