About the Job: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive contract-based revenue growth in the transportation sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Business Development: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies for Transportation operations, creating new revenue streams and maximizing opportunities with existing clients.
  • Market Expansion: Identify emerging industry trends and capitalize on market dynamics to fuel business growth and elevate our market position.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain robust relationships with potential and select clients, building trust and driving long-term business partnerships.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Director of Transportation to align business development efforts with company goals and strategic objectives.

  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of driving results and achieving strategic goals in the transportation sector, with a focus on revenue growth and client relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of transportation operations, market trends, and competitive landscape, enabling you to anticipate challenges and seize opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, enabling the development of persuasive proposals and strong client relationships.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities, with a strategic mindset that translates data into actionable insights.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
