- Engage with clients, contractors, review agencies, engineering teams, and specialty consultants.
- Direct the strategic planning and execution of projects.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and work schedules.
- Support design goals throughout all project phases.
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and track their professional growth.
- Plan and schedule project timelines effectively.
- Utilize appropriate tools to monitor project deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Provide guidance and support to the project team.
- Ensure quality assurance across all project deliverables.
- Continuously monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
- Present reports detailing project status, challenges, and solutions.
- Implement and manage project changes to achieve desired outcomes.
- Lead meetings with project teams and clients.
- Coordinate all project efforts, both administrative and technical, to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring completion of projects to their satisfaction.
- Estimate project fees, define scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts.
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities with existing clients.
- Architectural License preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional client service skills with a focus on project profitability.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and project management practices.
- Familiarity with educational and healthcare design processes is advantageous.
- Knowledge of local and state building regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Revit is preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is preferred.
- Familiarity with SketchUp or Rhino is preferred; knowledge of Lumion and V-Ray for SketchUp is a plus.
- Architectural License preferred but not mandatory.
- LEED Accreditation preferred.
- Responsible for managing multiple project teams.
- This role is situated in a professional open office setting with moderate noise levels, including collaborative spaces for team discussions.
- Dexterity in hands/wrists/fingers for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Capability to sit for prolonged durations.
- This is a full-time role with an expectation of 40 hours per week.
- Occasional travel may be necessary based on project assignments.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
- Master's degree in Architecture is preferred.
- A minimum of ten years of professional experience in architectural design and technical practice is preferred.
- Sponsorship may be considered.
