  • Support design goals throughout all project phases.

  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities with existing clients.
Required Competencies
  • Architectural License preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional client service skills with a focus on project profitability.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and project management practices.
  • Familiarity with educational and healthcare design processes is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of local and state building regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Revit is preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SketchUp or Rhino is preferred; knowledge of Lumion and V-Ray for SketchUp is a plus.
Certification Requirements
  • Architectural License preferred but not mandatory.
  • LEED Accreditation preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing multiple project teams.
Work Environment
  • This role is situated in a professional open office setting with moderate noise levels, including collaborative spaces for team discussions.
Physical Demands
  • Dexterity in hands/wrists/fingers for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Capability to sit for prolonged durations.
Position Type
  • This is a full-time role with an expectation of 40 hours per week.
Travel Requirements
  • Occasional travel may be necessary based on project assignments.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • Master's degree in Architecture is preferred.
  • A minimum of ten years of professional experience in architectural design and technical practice is preferred.
