Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in construction administration and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute project bid requests to subcontractors and manage the collection and organization of subcontractor bids.
  • Make phone calls to check the status of subcontractor bids and follow up with subcontractors via phone and email to receive bids and answer bid-related questions.
  • Assist in managing subcontractor database and maintain plan list and project contact lists.
  • Manage electronic project documents to share-file site and work with government agencies to pull permits.
  • Prepare close out document packages and provide assistance and support for Project Management.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of construction administration experience/knowledge.
  • High school graduate.
Compensation and Schedule

This position is hourly with flexible office hours between 7:00am - 7:30am to 5:00pm. Compensation is based on a 40hr per week schedule and $17-$22/hour depending on experience.
