Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Project Coordinator to join our team at Quest Global. As a Facilities Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the execution of our Facilities Transformation Plan.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Facilities Manager in scheduling work, updating project status reports, and ensuring projects are completed on time and under budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements as necessary
  • Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
  • Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and new information
  • Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored
  • Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails
  • Communicate with team members to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post-high school training) with a minimum of 1-3 years' experience
  • Maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
  • 3-5 years Coordinator or Supervisory experience
  • Ability to perform planned/preventative maintenance
  • Administration/customer service skills
  • US Citizenship required
