About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Aftermarket team at Atlas Copco Mafi-Trench Company LLC. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects and customer relationships at our manufacturing facility to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality projects for domestic and international customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct pre- and post-project analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve project-related issues and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinate with sales, engineering, sourcing, and production teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical and commercial documentation.
  • Manage project risks and quality costs to ensure project profitability.
  • Attend customer meetings and provide project updates as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business preferred.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant work experience, project management experience preferred.
  • Experience with technical specifications and/or a technical product.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, self-starter, positive attitude, handles multiple tasks, team player.
  • Occasional travel, domestic or international.
