About the Role

Cirrus Asset Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Affordable Housing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our affordable housing properties, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Develop and implement effective strategies to manage our affordable housing programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Property Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our affordable housing properties, including maintenance, repairs, and resident services.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of our affordable housing properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of property managers and maintenance staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Marketing and Leasing: Develop and implement effective marketing and leasing strategies to attract and retain residents in our affordable housing properties.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the company.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum five consecutive years of experience in property management or a related field, with at least three years of experience in affordable housing.
  • Education: A degree from a four-year college or university is preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
