About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented leader to join our Development team as a Manager of Development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing our company's strategy and advancing projects and/or portfolios of digital infrastructure projects.

  • Manage and advance the project development lifecycle from site identification to financial close for multiple projects
  • Control project schedules, identifying and effectively navigate risks, maintain budgets
  • Collaborate with legal counsel to draft and review material project documents
  • Conduct high-level permitting and site diligence, manage interconnection/transmission process
  • Identify business opportunities, form relationships with key utilities and other potential counterparties, and work with the Corporate Development team to assess the viability of project opportunities
About You
  • Strong understanding of the development cycle of data centers, battery storage, solar and/or wind projects
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data handling and analysis
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in data center or energy infrastructure development
  • Previous client-facing experience
