Corporate Sales Director

At Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton - Miami Brickell Downtown, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance and meet goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients to expand the customer base.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment in strategies and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in corporate sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Experience in managing a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
