Business Development Representative

Job Summary:
Appstar, a leading provider of innovative payment solutions to small and medium-sized businesses, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in our sales acquisition strategy, building and maintaining relationships with business owners in the SMB space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with small and medium-sized businesses, leveraging our innovative payment solutions to drive growth and revenue.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads into sales.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to create custom solutions for small business owners, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Participate in continuous team and individual training, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive sales success.
Requirements:
- High Energy and Infectious Attitude: A positive and motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Inside Sales Experience: 1-2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B or short sales cycle environment.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with business owners and stakeholders.
