- Qualify leads and nurture non-qualified prospects through targeted outreach and educational resources.
- Follow up on inquiries from various marketing channels, ensuring timely and effective engagement with potential clients.
- Execute high-volume outbound calling activities, combined with strategic email marketing campaigns, to drive sales growth.
- Gather critical information to update client profiles, enabling informed prospecting and sales efforts.
- Participate in regular training sessions and self-education initiatives to enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, training, and education, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with sales executives in assigned territories, ensuring seamless handoffs and effective sales cycles.
- Provide qualified sales-ready opportunities to the field sales organization, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- 1+ year of professional work experience or sales internship, preferably in an inside sales or cold calling environment.
- Successful track record in sales or customer-facing roles, with a strong ability to handle high outbound call volumes and corresponding talk times.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to learn complex Treasury concepts and incorporate them into daily interactions and conversations.
- Strong phone, prospecting, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients and transitioning inquiries to the sales force.
- Effective listener to understand client needs and preferences.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including sales executives and product teams.
- Bachelor's degree required.
