About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving bookings and recurring revenue growth by generating, qualifying, and developing sales pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in outbound sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute sales strategies and meet performance goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of cold calling experience with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Comfort with sales technology and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
