About the Role

This Executive Real Estate Assistant position is perfect for someone who loves working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing additional tasks for the entire team, managing escrow from open to close, attending inspections, and assisting with showings.

You will also meet with vendors as needed, oversee seller disclosures with in-house TC, schedule inspections, and coordinate with both sides. Additionally, you will communicate with cooperating agents, provide documents per their request, and assist team members with Purchase Agreements, Request For Repairs, Counters Offers, etc.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A real estate license is required, and graphic design skills are a huge plus.

We offer a salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
