Pasadena, California, United States Centria Autism Full time

**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team at Centria Autism. As a Behavioral Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children with autism reach their full potential. You will need to be patient, understanding, and able to work well in a team environment. As a member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of $18-$22 per hour, depending on your qualifications and experience. In addition to your salary, you will enjoy numerous benefits, including discounts to hundreds of retail partners, access to our Employee Assistance Plan, and unlimited opportunities to make an impact in the life of a special needs child.

We are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment where our employees feel valued and empowered to succeed. If you are a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about helping children with autism, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
