Lead the Way with VIRELLA

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at VIRELLA. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop relationships with existing clients, research new business opportunities, and supervise a small team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to service existing clients and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • The desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
